New Hampshire was named after an English county, Hampshire and was conjoined to the original 13 states that formed the United States of America in 1788. It has a long history and is also known as ‘The Granite State’ for its huge granite deposits. It bound by Vermont in the west, Maine and the Atlantic Ocean in the east, Massachusetts in the south, and the Canadian province of Quebec in the north.
This state faces humid continental climate which means humid but warm summers and wet but cold, winters. Its economy is dependent on dairy products, plastic products electric equipment, nursery stock, apples cattle, eggs, machinery, tourism and rubber products.
