The state of Wyoming is located in the western part of the United States; it is the 10th largest state but 2nd least populated state of the country. It is quite interesting to know that about two thirds of this state is enveloped with mountains while its eastern side is covered with elevated prairie also called the High Plains. It has a mix of semi-arid and continental climates that show summers are warm, but summer nights are comparatively cooler and winters are colder.
Its economy is divergent and depends on sectors like travel, tourism, agriculture, industry, coal, natural gas and transportation.
Taxes on silver sales
There is a specific transactions sales tax rate in Wyoming. This tax is applied for each sale and represents 4% of the price. There are some additional local sales tax required by cities or/and by the county, consequently the total sale tax amount varies between 4% and 6%.
Unfortunately, buying silver coins and bullion in Wyoming is not tax exempt as reverse as Delaware.
